In 2008 there was a great deal of change in relation to the taxation of those not domiciled in the UK and it looks like April 2017 will become the next stand out date in non-dom taxation. Americans will be affected as will non-American non-doms and many people will need to review their affairs and structures. 2015 has seen a lot of proposals introduced, 2016 will hopefully see us getting some of the detail and then it will be time to start planning.
