Who We Are

Ingleton Partners was established by Tom Griffiths and David Holmes in 2009. Tom and David previously worked together in the high net worth UK and US private client tax team at one of the big four accountancy firms.

Our belief is in providing an extremely personal, attentive and proactive tax service that goes beyond the provision of a tax return and explores opportunities for tax efficiency and planning for the future.

Tom Griffiths
Tom is a member of the Association of Tax Technicians in the UK, an Enrolled Agent federally licensed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury and a member of the National Association of Tax Practitioners in the US. He is a specialist in the UK and US tax implications for individuals and in particular those who have interests in partnerships, corporations or trusts. Tom has a wealth of experience in private client tax issues and he previously practised at PwC, KPMG and Grant Thornton.

David Holmes
David is a Chartered Tax Adviser and specialises in the interaction of UK and US taxes and the taxation of those who are not domiciled in the UK. He is particularly involved in the complex tax calculations that we handle relating to remittances, voluntary disclosures, US PFIC rules, Controlled Foreign Corporations and trusts as well as completing UK and US tax returns and providing tax advice. David is a Cambridge graduate and previously worked at PwC.
David Holmes

Kerri O'Reilly
Kerri joined Ingleton Partners LLP in 2013 from PwC where she worked in the UK and US private client team. A former colleague of both Tom and David, Kerri brings 12 years of tax experience in expatriate tax and private client work, specialising in UK and US Individual tax compliance and advisory, with significant experience of clients in the financial services industry. Kerri initially trained in tax at Deloitte and is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accounts.
